SMOK is one of the most well-known vaping brands. They are continually introducing new goods to satisfy the vaping demands of people all around the world. Today I’ll be taking a close look at their newest MORPH POD-40 starting kit, which is quite an astounding piece of gear. It has an output range of 5 – 40W and is powered by an inbuilt 2000mAh battery. It is compatible with 0.4ohm and 0.6ohm single and triple coils, and it produces excellent flavors and vapours from your favorite vape juice or nicotine salts.
Design and Build Quality
The Smok MORPH POD-40 has a beautiful design. It features a zinc-alloy chassis structure that feels lightweight in the hands. The leather pattern that covers the structure is pretty excellent, and it feels quite good to the touch. The gadget is branded “MORPH POD-40” on one side alone, giving it a very clean appearance.
It is not the most tiny gadget in the vaping industry, measuring 108.35mm by 37.2mm by 28.35mm, but it does have a really attractive form factor. Instead of being extremely tiny, it can easily fit into your pocket for some on-the-go smoking.
The SMOK MORPH POD-40 is ergonomically designed. It has a big side fire key button for simple and comfortable pushing. There are two basic adjustment buttons on the front of the gadget, which have a pleasant click to them.
Above the adjustment buttons is a big square screen. It is bright and simple to see, and it clearly displays vaping information such as coil resistance, battery level with %, and power. The USB Type-C connector is conveniently located on the bottom.
Overall, the Smok MORPH POD-40 is of good quality; a bit more weight would give it a more premium feel.

The MORPH POD-40 has an ergonomic mouthpiece with a small bore that is ideal for delivering a stronger throat impact. Every inhale can completely satisfy your taste buds.
Performance
The Smok Morph Pod-40 is compatible with the SMOK RPM Mesh coil series and comes with a 3.7mL pod. It has a magnetic pod connection and a press-fit coil installation. It also has an easy-to-use top fill mechanism with a silicone cap. I didn’t notice any leaking after refilling it a few times.
How to the Smok Morph Pod-40
• Step 1: Remove the rubber stopper from the slot on the pod.
• Step 2: Insert up to 3.7ml of e-liquid into the slot and gently and firmly press the rubber plug back in place.
• Step 3: Push the pod firmly back into the morph pod-40 gadget.
The package includes two coils: a 0.4ohm RPM mesh coil and a 0.6ohm RPM Triple mesh coil. Both of these functions well with the MORPH POD-40 Pod to provide you with a pleasant flavor and satisfying throat impact. When rated for 10w, the flavor was not particularly accurate. When the power was increased to 25w, it produced extremely good flavor and vapour. I’ve been using the 0.6ohm coil at approximately 25 Watt and it’s held up admirably. Both are extremely long-lasting coils.
Smok’s airflow adjustment on the MORPH POD-40 is fantastic, letting you to go from a really excellent MTL draw to a comfortable DTL draw. It’s well done and works perfectly.
